Looking at the calendar, you don’t believe your eyes: it’s here, again. Another year passed and it’s Christmas! And it means a lot of things, an awful lot of stress, overeating… and the dreaded meeting with the relatives.

This is the time when you have to meet every aunt, every uncle, every niece and nephew — even if they are not even yours.

It can be an amazing time to reconnect, or it can be a dreaded time — when you silently sigh internally: oh how I didn’t miss you!

The Holidays mean that you will have to meet even with those family members who you are not thrilled to meet. Because they are loud and obnoxious and tiring.
