Stretch. Workout before you start your day. Workout in your lunchtime. Go for a run before you start working. Do some cardio. Do some yoga. Check and make use of your most productive time. Prioritise. Focus. Don’t multitask. Use the Pomodoro technique. Limit screen-time. Use this software. Or that. Or post-it notes. Use a pen and paper. Dream and plan. Mark your accomplishments. Tell others about your plans. Don’t tell anyone about your plans. Use to-do lists. Don’t use to-do lists. Zero inbox! Work hard. Don’t work too hard. Settle for good enough. Never settle. Set boundaries. Limit your options. Listen on repeat. Work in silence. Be positive. Read motivation quotes. Take breaks. Show up. Do it anyway.
