These are yellow flags for a reason. They MIGHT mean that there is something off. But they might also have very good explanations.

I – by no means – wanted to offend anyone. Not you, not other readers. These are my observations and they are not gospel. What I wrote in both of the sentences was a possibility that these might indicate a bigger problem behind. Might.

While red flags are very strong indicators, yellow flags are not as strong. But they might be. That’s all.
